can a person whos parents transfered the disease to him/her transfer the disease to others

I have to say I"m still slightly confused about what you are asking.

no - you don't become immune to herpes because your mother had it when she was pregnant with you.

You have to be infected with herpes in order to transmit it to someone. Have you been tested to know your own status?

and what should i look for if the person was infected because the chid is nolonger a child but a seemingly healthy 18 yr old whom have given and received oral sex from.

can someone develope an immunity to herpes from a parent that had the disease while pregnant with the child? or can the child give it to someone else when recieving oral or actually having intercourse?

could you be more specific by what you mean by the parents transmitting the disease to someone. are you asking about oral herpes? Are you asking about a baby who is infected with herpes as a skin infection or a meningitis herpes infection during birth?
