none of your symptoms sound herpes related at all. certainly follow up on your skin issues with your provider for better answers.
have you been having unprotected sex with this partner?

Also I presume you mean genital herpes being HSV2. If it's non genital HSV1 90% of the population have that. Even if it's HSV2 it's very common - 1 in 4 in the US apparently. Be aware though that condoms do not eliminate the risk of contracting HSV2. Ask her also what HSV she has, when she acquired it and if she is on anti viral medication as this significantly reduces the risk.
I'm no expert but I have recently been visually diagnosed with HSV2 - a diagnosis I am now questioning. I'd wait and see if symptoms turn up - usually between 3 to 10 days after exposure. Often people will be asymptomatic (no symptoms). If you get water blisters on you genitals go and get them tested and get a culture. If not wait 3 months and get a specific blood test that tests specifically for HSV2 antibodies. This is all subject to those far more experienced than I in these matters but I don't want you stressing on NYE. Best
