i need help with knowing what i have!
i recently had two encounters with two different girls. I have a small red oval shape blister on the head of my penis. It turns yellow when i get in the shower and then just falls over and turns dark red with a waxy top. its been there for 4 days and its looked the same everyday. I also have a couple blisters on my bottom lip. They are located at the very top of my lip, where my top lip and bottom lip touch. They have been there for 4 days as well. They also have a yellow waxy top. They have yet to bleed or ooze anything out, same thing with penis. It hasn't bleed or oozed anything out. now it did tingle when i started peeing the 1 st day i noticed something on my lip but not down there. i did go to the doctor and he automatically said it was herpes. i did have blood taken for hiv testing. im waiting for the results. He did not swab it though. im having second thoughts of his diagnosis, iv been looking at pictures of herpes on the lips and penis for the past 4 hours and i have yet to find one to match either my lip or penis.

the sores just came in last friday, i didn't know what to do. so I had to get tested.
you needed to wait 1 week post encounter for testing for chlamydia and gonorrhea. 6 weeks post encounter for syphilis testing. 3 months for herpes and hiv testing . it sounds like the testing you had done so far was done too early?
well the sores arent on the outside of my bottom lip. they are at the arch of my lips meeting and more going inside then out. I did get blood drawn, but idk if they did it for everything or just hiv. i will see my results form that in a week. I will also try and get another blood test for herpes, but does it sound like it? This is my first outbreak.
Canker sores on the inside of your mouth. Regardless you need to be seen by a provider. They can test you for syphilis.
im on the 5th day and nothing has erupted or became crusty. I dont under stand what this could be!
could it be possible that i have a canker sore on my lip and syphilis on m penis??
The pictures online don't really show what everyone's real outbreaks are they are the more severe one and meant for teaching medical students.
Visual diagnosis can be wrong 1/3 of the time even among the HSV experts themselves. So If your encounter was longer than 3 months ago get a type specific igg blood test to know your status. Though a positive test will not tell you the location. If you get a repeat of symptoms be seen within 24-48hrs for a lesion culture with typing.
