is this herpes or syphilis?

I had a protected anal sex 5 days ago but all of sudden I have stuff in the rectum. It seems like it's either herpes or syphilis. Can anyone tell me which it is? Here are some pictures:

whether a partner ejaculates or not is irrelevant.

the best thing to do is to be seen and get this looked at. you can have many things going on, most of which are not std related at all.

I did receive anal with a condom. But he did not cum. it was on last Tuesday, I started feeling small stuff in the rectum when I was showering on Saturday, now it's very itchy.

I have not had sex for 6 months before this and I was tested negative for all major STDs

However, I have had herpes type 1 before (cold sore)
