is this symptoms of herpes?

i am studying in Korea i had an unprotected sex with a girl and it happened exactly on 22 april 2015 after one week i experienced irritation and slight itch first on my anal region then after some days on my penis. i'am uncircumcised. The itching is accompanied by unusual smegma formation in penis. after 2 weeks or 3 weeks very tiny red spots appeared around my penis head. the spots are very tiny and painless. I also noticed that when i squeeze my penis a clear colorless thick discharge comes out from my penis. I have these reds spots till now and its still very tiny and painless and no sores or outbreaks till now. I still has itching around my anal and penis with unusual smegma formation. Is this symptoms of herpes?.The girl i had sex with is one i dated here and is not a prostitute. For my piece of mind she undergone HIV and syphilis test and both are negative.

No there is no connection (correlation) between smegma accumulation and herpes.

Thank u for the replay, iam a very tensed about the small pin point like red spots in penis. I feel very guilty and shame about me coz i have a girl friend and herpes is known as cheaters disease. can u please tell me is there any connection between smegma accumulation and herpes?

I totally concur with Life, there is no reason to suspect that this is a herpes infection. There is no discharge associated with herpes and the sores clear up within a couple of weeks.

Thank u for ur reply. I forgot to mention that i has sticky feeling in anal region, inner thigh, gorin, even when i try to pull my penis foreskin back its is sticky.   The discharge occurs only when i try to squeeze it out and often the discharge is very less and no burning and pain while urinating. Because of itching in penis i clean it two times a day and one out of two times i rub off smegma gently from the head and rim of the penis. This causes a slight pain in the right rim of my penis and some time at head as well. After cleaning the head will become red. The red spots are still there. Iam very concerned about herpes infection. Will herpes cause discharge from penis?

Hi, this is not a herpes symptom esp the anal irriation as first time outbreaks occur at point of contact. If you think the discharge i concerning see a doctor but most std,s produce a white discharge and burning while urinating.
