Herpes or Not! SO CONFUSED AND SCARED, PLEASE HELP!!!

I had recently had unprotected sex with a female orally and vaginally. This is a good girl, she only had three sex partners her whole life. But about a week and a couple of days ago, she decided that she was going to have a threesome with her best friend and her best friend's ex girlfriend. They had the threesome that Saturday and I had unprotected or and vaginal sex with her that Monday (sn I didn't know that she had unprotected sex with them, I didn't even know for sure that they had even had the threesome at that time). So she gets a call from her best friend Tuesday night letting her know that she has HSV 1. I don't know if it just me and im looking for changes in my body or what but im a big ball of stress right now. But I have experienced a tingling sensation in the middle of my penis, dull spurts of pain in ma testicles, dull spurts of pain in my left armpit, pain in ma the middle of my neck, dull aches of pains in ma legs over periods of the day, and for some reason my groin area muscles just keeps jumping (no pain though). Like I said I don't know if im just driving myself crazy or what, somebody please help me out with this. Also I have a few questions

Question 1

If she did have the virus, how long would it be till she was able to transmit the virus over over to me since it was only  two days apart since she had made sexually contact with her best friend and her ex???

Question 2

If I was to be infected with the virus if my mouth never made contact with her mouth or her vagina but she gave me oral and vaginal sex, would I only have genetal herpes???

Question 3

Is it true during the incubation period is it really a lower risk of transmitting the virus to someone else???

Question 4

How much of a risk do I have of having this virus???

you can get a type specific herpes igg blood test to know your status. it doesn't require any symptoms present to do so.

no reason to be stressing over this. It's very low risk in general.

No, when I went to get tested I was told that they couldn't test for it unless I had a cold sore, bump,or blister that they could swab and he also said that it was to early to get a blood test so im just sitting around waiting and stressing but I think im having anxiety attacks to be honest.

statistically 1 out of every 2-3 people you know has hsv1. it's incredibly common. have you ever been tested for herpes to know your own status?

Also I have no blisters, bumps, or anything of that sort around my mouth or ma genital area, only thing that really bothered me was that I had a tingling feeling on my lip a couple of days ago but haven't got a cold sore or anything.
