scared I have ghsv

I am a male, 23. On NYE I drank way too much and had relations with a girl who has ghsv1. We never had sex but rolled around naked and and fooled around a bit. That was Friday morning around 4am. Come Sunday I notice a line of tiny pimple looking bumps on the head of my penis just on the rim (circumcised). I thought it may have been my change of detergent so I switched. Well the bumps are almost nonexistent now, can only be seen under close inspection. But over the past few days I've had a pain in my testicles and groin as well as red swollen testicles. And now, this morning when I awoke, I my lower back was sore. I also got sick (coughing, fever, stuffy nose, etc) on Sunday. Initial contact was on the morning of 01Jan15 at 4am. It is now 12Jan15.

It's been almost 3 weeks since initial contact when I got the test, the bumps are about 5 or 6 in a row with 2 bump just above the row. It's just under/on the rim of the head of my penis. And there's one more bump a cm or 2 away from the rest of them, still under/on the rim. There's no itching, burning, nor are the bumps red, tender or in pain. The only itching I have is from what I assume to be my Pubic hair growing longer. The symptoms don't make sense to me either but my concern is that A) my balls hurt, which from what I've read isn't a symptom, and B) Besides the flu like symptoms I experience earlier in the month, the bumps may be the only symptom I do get? If that's even possible. My main worry came from the pain in my testicles and bumps, but now that I've read more, I'm just trying to figure out what the hell is going on. Im pretty confused with this whole ordeal. I've shared drinks and smokes with plenty of people so I can't rule out that it's a prior hsv 1 oral infection. Didn't have much of a sexual history besides NYE due to an extensive relationship.

That does fall into the possible false positive range but kost likle you have annoral infection from childhood or past, serpconverting in2 weeks time and having a midnpositive value doesnt make sense to me but I would trust the swab and if the bumps havent opened up they are likely bot herpes as herpes blisters ulcerate pretty fast, Where are these bump? Do they have fluid? Also might soynd funny but you might want to ask your family your history of cold sores or your families coldnsores, if you had one in the past risk of getting it genitally with no sores present and such low risk activity would literally be 1 in millions

It was igg specific, tested positive for hsv 1. I may have it orally. The bumps are still there, barely visible. But can a bump with no open wound be swabbed and actually be accurate? And the pain hasn't gone away, hard getting an apt in the military. Healthcare isn't as great as you'd think lol. I had the test on the 20th got the results the 21st. Sorry for not adding more details earlier.

What results? If it is IgM it is useless and should not be considered accurate. If it is non type specific igg it also can guve positive results. At this point even a type specificigg would not show the recent infection as it is too close to the encounter. Was the hsv1 or hsv2 +? You probably had oral sores as a child like most do. 60% of people have it and chances are those genital symptoms arent herpes at all, even if it is being positive 10 days after encounter means  you were infected before. Get you sores or whatever swabbed with a PCR based test. Gicen the extreme low risk of the encounter and positive result too soon means 99.99 % you werent infected from this one. If the test was igm you could still be seroconverting please post what type if test and results
