what is the diagnosis.

in mid october I I recieved oral sex from a woman with herpes. 3 days later had a slight tickle inside end of penis. It got worse with burning sensation. I was examined by 5 doctors and tested for std's. All said not herpes. Had a herpes test mid dec. which was negative. I was placed on 4 diff antibiotics. One doc said clamydia another uroplasma, another eppiditimitis. In January had a possible discharge with golden colored "BB" looking thing. I had a sono-gram of my only testicle and it revealed fluid.  I have had nearly constant pain for 3 months. My  P.A. even put me on valtrex and no help( I am on day 5) He said my hsv1 results might have been high. No sores no breakouts.
My question is: could the fluid in my testicle be from a herpes lesion inside my penis and if so why won't it surpress?

If this gal had genital herpes, you will not get it from her performing oral sex on you.  If she had oral herpes and performed oral sex on you, there is a risk but even that is low.

Your symptoms do not sound at all like herpes. Hsv1 genitally which is what would be the risk from oral sex also do not typically cause symptoms this often and this long and drawn out.  You should continue to follow up on this with your regular doctor and an urologist but it's time to put herpes as a possibility away.  Normal mouth bacteria aren't always so normal in the genital tract and can cause things sometimes.
