High blood pressure and "Panic attacks"

Hello, I am a 22 year old male that has been having a big issue that is ruining my life. First, I will give a little background. I used to use drugs(mainly heroin) 2 years ago but have been on the suboxone treatment since and it has been a miracle for me and my life had come back once I started the treatment. I take 8mg buprenorphine( 2X a day) and .1mg clonidine( 2X a day). Recently my doctor put me on clonidine for anxiety and high blood pressure( constantly 140/100 being calm. Now to my problem, it all started 6 months ago one night after drinking a couple red bulls, smoking some cigarettes, and watching a funny film with some friends. Then my friend offered me a shot of cheap vodka and I drank it. I felt weird 5 minutes afterwards. Something funny came on the TV and I laughed which triggered a massive shock through my body. All of a sudden my heart started racing extremely fast, hands and palms were sweaty, my breathing was labored, my chest hurt, chest had pressure, and I started panicing. All of a sudden my heart kept slowing down, then speeding back up( and repeat). After I was driven home, a family member drove me to the ER. Symptoms persisted but were much weaker than before and eventually stopped by the time I was admitted. The ER couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. The next day, it happened again and I went back to the ER. They said nothing was wrong AGAIN. For the next 3 weeks, I did everything I could to make sure my heart was as calm as possible. My heart would keep doing this and my breathing would be labored still. After multiple ER visits I gave up. Eventually I got myself calm for days, enough for long enough time that my heart stopped racing a billion miles an hour every 30 minutes and that symptom went away. Well, I still have breathing problems to this day since then and panic attacks every day. My heart still doesn't feel right though, I used to have panic attacks and have anxiety but what is happening and what did happen was different. My doctor, at the time, thought I had asthma after I told her what happened and she gave me 2 types of inhalors which both triggered my heart problem. I am sorry if much of this seems cut up but I have ADHD and since the "incident" my thought processes have dulled after trying to keep myself calm for so long. If anyone can help, please let me know as I have no idea what is wrong with me! I KNOW deep down that it is not a panic attack that what happened and what is happening. Thank you!
