It depends on what you're trying to do. :) If you want to change your beginning weight or goal weight,
* Click "View" in the upper right hand side of the tracker.
* Then click "Actions" and then "Settings". From there you can change your beginning and goal weights.
To track your weight as you lose or gain, click "View" again.
* Then, click "Add Data".
* On the popup screen, click "Weight" and enter your current weight.
