From what you just said regarding the antibiotics it sounds like he treated you empirically (by your symptoms). It sounds like you need to get checked out again and this time they should do a sputum culture if your lungs sound like you have a potential for pneumonia. They can give you another antibiotic also though but a culture would be better. You can ask for one. There was a kid (around 10 years old) that was in the doctors office this week that had been on 3 different antibiotics and was back with problems with his chest and they were going to check him out again. He sounded terrible. I think this year has some really bad viruses going around that may lead to bacterial infections. So I would follow it up with your doctor. If you are finished with the course of antibiotics and are still having problems then I wouldn't feel weird about going back in. You can also call and ask to talk to the nurse and tell them your concern. They will get back to you. If they think you should come in they wil tell you. I do this all the time because the doctors don't give you much time to ask questions.

Thank you in advance
But here there is no culture/sensi .I have asked him about the medicine he give me .Most of the time they use the lab result and expect the possible medicine by exchanging/ as trial and error/even at that time i asked him how much he is confident about that medicine but he told me that the lab result indicates a bacterial problem and believe it can use for most bacterial infections. That is why i worried.
The doctor should have done a culture with sensitivity. This would give him/her a variety of antibiotics that the bacteria would be sensitive to. If he did do a sensitivity test then it shouldn't be a problem but a lot of doctors treat by symptoms and don't do the culture/sensi and then the antibiotic that is thought to be sensitive turns out to become resistant. It is a good antibiotic but some bacteria (depending on which one it was) can be resistant that antibiotic or some are resistant to many. So, it is best to tell the doc that you are still having symptoms and he will probably have you take another antibiotic. Aside from that it sounds like you have two problems the kidney infectiona and chest pain/cough. I don't know if you have a virus in addition to the kidney (bacterial) infection or if you have another bacterial infection in the chest. What the doctor say was going on in your chest etc.?
Yes ,if the bacteria wasn't killed of with Co-Amoxiclav Tablets BP 500-125 mg, what is recommended?my doctor told me that it is best medicine for such type of disease.
So, your symptoms are better but some have returned? If so I would call your doctor. It is possible that the bacteria wasn't entirely killed off by the antibiotic.
