I think my friend might have Immunodeficiency??

I'm getting really worried about my best friend because although I might not see her every day, the times I do see her she is very weak and sleepy and she is ALWAYS getting sick. I'm worried sick about her because she can't go to the doctor because she doesn't have any Insurance. But anyways I looked up immunodeficiency and it seems like she shares some of the symptoms: tiredness, always getting the flu or her lymph nodes get swollen, etc. I'm no doctor so I'm just guessing what she has, what do you think she has?? Any help regarding immune systems deficiencies, immune system disorders, etc is welcomed.

PS If you have the other free time after answering this question PLEASE check out my other question?

Well, she obviously needs to go with an inmunologic and do a complete check, a CD3+CD4+CD8 panel, HIV test, etc. Her inmunologist will know what tests to run.

You friend could have low immunity due to a variety of things such as poor diet , lack of sleep etc. but it could be iron deficiency anemia but that wouldn't give you swollen lymph nodes. Is it possible she got mononucleosis? does she have a sore throat, too? Some people have a tendency to get sick more than others. It doesn't mean she has an immune difficiency per se. But can she go to a free clinic or something to have her lymph nodes checked?

It could be vitamin deficiencies or iron deficiency or depression or lack of sleep.  Many things can stress the immune system.
