what is the treatment for staphylococus aureus?

did a swab test and got the following result: pus cells: 2-3/hpf, epith cells (+) other (nil) yielded mild growth of staphylococus aureus after 48hrs incubation at 37C

Antibiotics.  Sometimes if it is just local and a small spot on the skin, they'll use an antibiotic ointment but if it is more extensive, they will prescribe antibiotics to treat.  So, depending on the situation, it will be one of those two options.  good luck
