Bowels

Ok, I am not sure if this is even my problem. I have had bad diarhea for the past little while and now its only gotten worse. It has turned to this yellow liquid and I go probably about 3-4 sometimes five times a day. When I do go, my stomach hurts sooooo much. I hope someone can help me with this question.

There are many things that can cause dihorreah and yellowing of feaces, eg anemia, hepatitus and a lot of other things. The best thing to do is see your doctor and state you're concerns and don't forget to mention every symtom you are getting. there are blood tests and scans you could be sent for to find out exactly what is going on. I hope this post has helped.

You can't self-diagnose Irritable Bowel Syndrome, as many other disorders can cause similar symptoms. There is full diagnostic information about IBS here http://www.helpforibs.com/footer/ibs.asp which will give you what you need to work with your doctors towards a diagnosis.

If it does turn out to be IBS, you can take huge measures to control your symptoms with the IBS diet, and there's full info about that starting here http://www.helpforibs.com/diet/

Hope you're feeling better soon.

Best,
Heather
