C-diff?

So I recently started using [Dalacin T - topical treatment](http://www.drugs.com/uk/dalacin-t-1-topical-solution-leaflet.html) again for my acne now that I have drug coverage. (Previously used it 2009-2012 after a severe ance breakout) I have severe health anxiety and I remember that diarrhea is a side effect from using it so when I had a loose stool last night and just a hour ago i'm pretty sure I have C-diff. I have severe health anxiety. It's not even watery just like comes out with no effort and is formed at first then it sorta falls apart and looks like sand? I don't have any pain. (I suffer from depression, anxiety and panic attack and i'm emetephobia) It said its a rare side effect but i'm afraid. It might be from the food i've been eating. I eat crappy and never on time. Maybe it's interacting with my other meds? (Lexapro 20mg, propananol 10mg, diazepam 5mg and 25 mg seroquel) I'm just panicking a little. I normally go twice a week and am constipated which is normal due to a side effect from my seroquel but now i'm going too much so it's worrying me. Is it just my IBS?
