Alot of people do not have a BM everyday. You have had this now "for as long as you can remember"
It is best that you have 1 bowel movement each day however. Seems like you are getting plenty of fiber....are you eating fruits and vegetables? If not it is a good time to add them to your diet. Also some lite excersise is good each day.

I too am in the same situation, have had only 1 or 2 BM's a week for years, tho was not diagnosed with IBS until a few years ago. Recently this has become more of a problem and i am now trying out Swedish Bitters which is herbal and supposed to releive bloat, flatulence, sluggish bowel and constipation. I just posted a question to see if anyone else has tried this remedy. Have only taken 2 x and is hard to tell if its helping, tho did have a BM today. Not feeling that great but it may be working on my system and as with some things, get worse bf it gets better. Is also supposed to rid the system of toxins.
Am hoping I get some replies so I have something to compare my situation with.
