Weird symptoms

Hello i am a 26 year old male, my doctor told me the most probably thing is that i may have IBS, i been having cramps, bloating, constipations, my tool has yellow mucus, and red blood surrounding it, my tongue has become white, whit red bumps in the back, i got some kind of pain in my throt, are this symptoms from IBS or something more serious like cancer, im dead scared of cancer, i cant even sleep.

i have an apoyntment with the gastroenterologyst on the 19 but is hard to go day by day with uncertantly.

help please thank you.

before this i had acid reflux, i quited smoking, work got tough and i have had anxiety attacks , so right now im a bigg hot mess, i am scared of having something serious since i dont have health insurrance..

HI...the white tongue can be a yeast infection.....ask about thrush...and if u have been on any antibiotics lately it could be part of ur issues.

U need to get on a healthy diet and drink plenty of water too.

How long have u had this issue?
