can i have withdrawal from taking .5 mg ativan for 12 nights?

I was given Ativan and took it for 12 nights in a row.  liked how it helped me sleep, but did some reading and found it can be quite addictive so quit taking it 48 hrs. ago. Experiencing some slight nausea and general malaise. Is this withdrawal? How long will it last? I have been taking Prilosec for 6 weeks now for a pretty vicious case of Acid Reflux that appears to have been caused by improper supplements.

I was taking tremadol for a while and thought when I stopped they were withdrawals. After awhile I got back on them bc I couldn't stand the nausea anymore. After a year, I'm realized they were never withdrawals. I have ibd which has been causing my pain and nausea. Days I feel good I take nothing without a problem. I've gone weeks with no meds feeling just fine, but days I'm nauseous and malaise I take tramadol and for some reason it helps with my symptoms.
