kidney pain

I have pain on my left kidney, some times I feel hotness in that area of the kidney, and that effect spreads to the upper left chest, and when it starts paining I urinate frequently in an interval of 5-10 minutes. and the pain becomes worse when you sleep on your right side. what can I do? some advise please.
