kidney ultrasound interpretation???

Please could someone tell me what this means, should I be worried: There is an incidental echogenic focus in the upper pole of the right kidney, without posterior acoustic shadowing.
This lesion measures approximately 5.5mm in diameter and likely represents and incidental angiomyolipoma.
There are no other focal renal lesions and there is no hydronephrosis.

Not sure of the incidental echogenic focus, but pretty sure of the other two.

Wikipedia defines an angiomyolipoma as the most common benign tumor of the kidney.

Wikipedia defines hydronephosis as something that would block the free flow of urine.

So, it looks like there's nothing terribly wrong with your kidneys.
