patchy cortical necrosis with hemoglobinuria and how it can be cured ?

My sister in law (age 25) is now suffering from a kidney disease (sepsis associated patchy cortical necrosis with hemoglobinuria) which was caused during her pregnancy (Ruptured Ectopic Pregnancy AKI , ARDS.) Now she lost her baby and can never be a mother as told by Doctors.

She is undergoing a treatment with a Doctor and he is suggesting for Kidney transplant.

I need some suggestion that what will be the best treatment for this and without Kidney transplant how it can be cured.
