Diarrhea  can be  a side effect of  your   immunosuppressant  drugs.
Cellcept,  or  Myfortic  can  cause  gastro  issues.    So  can   antivirals and  antibiotics.

Can you  ask your  drs  if you  can incorporate  Benefiber  to your  diet?
Benefiber  can  help  regulate   and  improve  gastro  probs.

Take  care!

Hello and hope you are doing well.

You have not specified the results of the colonoscopy and blood tests. For the chronic diarrhea, if the stool culture showed a growth it is an infective pathology otherwise non infectious pathologies like inflammatory bowel diseases or growths have to be considered. It could also be a side effect of medications.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
