back pain on lower right side

A few days ago I started having dull aching pain in the lower right side of by back.  Not in my spine.  I thought it was from my mattress, which was bought a couple of months ago.  When I  wake up my back feels very stiff and achy but the pain doesn't go away after moving around.  It's not intolerable or severe.  It just feels like  a "crick" in my lower back.  I was wondering if it may be the sciatic nerve.   I haven't had any trauma and not could it be from exercise.  Any thoughts?

It sounds like it could possibly be a Kidney Infection, or stones, but you would know, you'd more than likely have more symptoms. I would suggest seeing a doctor first. or, you could buy some AZO infection test strips at your local pharmacy. They test for nitrate and white blood cells in your urine and tell you if you have an infection or not. If no infection is present, I would suggest seeing a chiropractor. Hope I helped.
