MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? Can you elaborate on  the fistula and its indication? There are many factors to consider regarding the diet and management,  including the diagnosis, presence of other medical conditions as well as results of diagnostic tests. It is best that you discuss this with your attending physician for proper management. For chronic kidney disease, eating a low-protein diet  and restricting salt, potassium, phosphorous, and other electrolytes are usually recommended. Take care and do keep us posted.
