Back Pain

About 6 years ago I started to have on and off back/side pain.  I went to several doctors all who told me everything was fine.  I kept hounding a dr. telling them I was in pain and that everything was not fine - they finally did a laproscopty and said I had endometriosis but it was so slight that it shouldn't be causing me pain.  For some reason the pain did pretty much disappear for about 4 years and has reappeared in the past 2 years.  Last year I went to dr. after dr. again all telling me there was nothing wrong.  I have had more ultrasounds, cat scans, mri's, xrays, endoscopy and colonoscopy and all tests come back normal.  When I have gone to the ER with the pain they have to give me 2-3 shots of morphin for the pain to subside some and be bearable.  Lately the pain has gotten even worse.  I am vomiting from the pain and have almost passed out twice from in in the past week.  Normally the pain comes and then I don't experience it again for a few weeks, but lately I am having it every day after eating.
I don't know much about kidney pain/infections but I would think that something would have shown up somewhere with all those tests right?  Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

Thanks!
