Gosh, symptoms... I wish that was an easy question. Most of my symptoms can in one way or another be attributed to the current diagnosises...
My symptoms are:
Extreme Fatigue
Headaches
Morning Nausea
Salt Cravings
Vision changes
Difficulty keeping my mind focused
Forgetting words
Low body temp
Weight Gain
High blood pressure (which is controlled now)
rapid heart rate
Depression
Anxiety
Aches
Itchy skin
Frequent loose stools
etc
My current diagnosises and medications are:
Prolactin Producing Pituitary Tumor - Dostinex 5 mg 1x weekly
Hashimotos Thyroid - Levothyroxine 75mcg daily
Depression/Anxiety - Lexapro 10mg daily
High BP - Nifendrine (spelling?) 20 mg daily
Type 2 diabetes
PCOS Metformin 500 mg 2x daily
I am being checked for adrenal problems as I am showing symptoms and blood work that points to the likelihood of adrenal insufficiancy (other than the weight gain).
My endocrinologist who ordered CBC each time along with the tests that she needs usually says "I don't really know what that means, ask your primary". My primary the first time said, it was because of my infection on my toe. I went through 3 courses of antibiotic and a surgery for my toe several months ago and it is fine now. My CBC's still continue to come back high and continue to increase.
What symptoms are you currently having?
You may some kind of infection going on in your body. What has your dr. said about these results?
I would start with an internist. They can look at the numbers and suggest if further tests are needed or if you should see a hematologist or oncologist for further study.
