i had a ct scan 9 months ago, which was normal for spleen.

An enlarged spleen is generally diagnosed by ultrasound by a doctor and not photograph interpretation by lay persons in an Internet forum. Have you had an ultrasound have you discussed this concern with a medical professional?

That would by my recommendation ask a doctor.
