Can Hep A cause this?

I will start this but explaining my symptoms first before explaining the situation. I have jaundiced eyes, abdominal pain, occasional naseua, dry itchy scattered rashs skin around my neck and torso, fatigue, sweating constantly, but no sign of fever. I believe this is liver related but the doctors have found nothing but a positive Hep a test. They've given two full panel blood tests and they've ultrasounded my liver. Nothing was enlarged and there was no sign of scarring. I was worried it was an STD because symptoms started after unprotected sex. But in the past 4 and a half months I've had 5 HIV tests, and one full panel. All negative but Hep a. The reason I am still worried is I'm unsure if I've been vaccinated for Hep a and if I was I have no idea what could be causing these symptoms. Now hep a symptoms only last two months most of the time but mine have been going for 4 and a half. Is his possible and if not what else could be causing his with no identifiable changes in my body?

Please followup with your doctor. But, after the tests they ran, anything like jaundice, etc is not possible ... they would have detected it. It will show in the blood work. But if you have other issues, a folllowup visit should pick it up. Take care.
