I have researched since my liver enzymes came back slightly elevated on monday. I am ocd. From what ive read about liver detox drinks they can be effective. I have a few drink options but i dont know if they work until i have my scan next week but it is worth a try. dandilion tea no sweetners. A table spoon spoon of organic applecider vinager in water. Also green tea with thermic. Eat only lean meat no red and a ton of vegtables. I mix the green tea dandilion tea and vinigar all in one because im desperate.

Lassi is the only solution for lowering sgpt in only 3 days ,drink lassi as more as you can, during this process avoid all hot items like coffee , tea and smoking etc, also avoid hot food to get good result in desired time

...I wish I "knew" of some magic means of dropping ALT - SGPT in short order, as do many people that lurk here.

Your diet for the short term sounds like it may be working - as sodium and fat are tough contenders for those with liver issues.

It sounds like for employment reasons your working against time.  I suppose knowing the cause of the elevated enzymes may help in charting a course of treatment. If you can keep them dropping by your own action - irrespctive of cause - well "good on ya mate"

Cheers
