Yellow stool can be caused by a number of conditions...one being an intestinal bacterial infection. Gastro-esophageal reflux disease can also cause yellow stool, as well as indigestion.
As Sir_Osis mentioned, cancer can strike at any time. Without any family history and given the fact that you are only 19 years old, I would think that liver and pancreatic cancer would be unlikely.

well, cancer can strike at any time and without any warning - the good thing is - both are rare - and moreso in someone young. Any symptom that can mimic pancreatic or liver disease can be caused by a "something-oma" - Your doc will run enzyme assays etc if he is concerned. The unfortunate thing about many tumors/cancer is there are no warning signs and once they have taken a foothold - then you get symptomatic....
As for yellowish stools - are they dark - with a yellow cast? or are they like "baby poop" (pure egg yolk yellow) "pale" stools are a a classic sign of a liver problem - but they usually are accompanied by dark tea colored urine, and usually profuse general itching and upper right quadrant dull full pain (can be sharp too) and fullness... As for the pancreas - i dont know much as my interest in liver disease has stemmed from my own condition and research
