My wife 53, noticed NASH in her last U/S 6-7 month back, she is getting acid like even after eating of small food,she is diabetic,hypertension,osteopenia.

In NASH there is fat in the liver, along with inflammation and damage. Only if this disease advances a person can develop cirrhosis .Vomiting and acid formation can be due to reflux disease or peptic ulcer disease. Since she is suffering from diabetes and hypertension she should be examined by a physician. Get her blood pressure and blood sugars checked. Take a light diet and avoid fried fatty foods. Drink plenty of water and liquids.
