SGOT and SGPT at higher side than normal

Dear Sir,
I'm suffering with Hiccups(Hiccoughs) far the past 4 days . i've taken some medicines as suggested by the local physician.which were related to some gastric, and some liver related...

I've asked for the LFT test , results are as below.

S.Billirubin(T) - 2.1
S.Billirubin(D) - 1.2
S.Billirubin (I) - 0.9
SGOT - 76
SGPT - 90
Total Protein - 6.9
Albumin - 5.3
Alk. Phosphate - 146


And some other information i would like prvide you is :Long back i ve got tested for Ultrasonic and gastro..
and Doctors told that i was suffring with Gibert's syndrome and nothing to wory about that....

So, now my question is :
Is the above mentioned report is a serious concern are this is a symptom of the Gibert's syndrom.?
Can you suggest the treatment  and test which i need have?

I can't be 100% correct all the time, but i do considerably well, not being an MD.

gilbert's is when the indirect fraction of bilirubin is higher than the direct fraction, and usually in isolation without other liver test abnormalities.  the labs you write above are the oppopsite in terms of the bilirubin so I cannot say you have gilbert's from the labs written above.  the liver tests are elevated but not worrisome but should be repeated.

Your total protein level is normal 6.9, ( 6.0 - 8.5). The other test readings are elevated, but not to a degree to get overly concerned about. I believe your problem is what the doctor said, Gilbert's syndrome. If you don't have any other conditions, i would just follow up with your physician.
