An ultrasound is good but a CT or MRI are better. I have similar symptoms and have had an ultrasound and 2 CT scans all normal as well as multiple LFT panels and those are all normal too. Talk to your doc about your concerns I am sure they will probably monitor you and maybe due some more tests to rule out other causes of the pain.

yeh ive had 4 LFT first 3 i had high ALT well was 48 then 71 then 81 the 4th test it was 40 which is in normal range. the pain is still there and my joints are also killing me.

They probably did, but do you know if your doctor did blood tests. Specifically a liver panel. Which are seven different test done from a sample of blood. They will tell how the liver is functioning and any diseases that are apparent.
