A Hepatologist. FYI, you can find out a lot of information on sites like Wikepedia that do a good job of defining medical terms for us non-doctors.
Also, I don't believe I'm alone here in recommending a liver specialist that is a part of a liver transplant clinic if logistics allow. If anything becomes serious, they are going to be on your speed dial (so to speak), so build a good relationship now.
