Patsy is correct, many things could do this. It is best for you to seek medical advise about her condition from a gastro or hepatologist to find out what is going on. Yes her numbers are pretty high. Any autoimmune disorders in your family you are aware of?

There are several things that could cause the enzymes to be high. I hope you have a good gastroenterologist for her. One that specializes in the liver would be best.
