question for the docs about liver test results

40 year old male here, I have had digestive pain for a long time. left side and right side. Some constipation, some diahrea. I had my gallbladder removed six months ago laprascopically, because my hida scan ejection fraction was 10%. The gallbladder removal did not resolve my issues. I had an abdominal ultrasound done, which was unremarkable except for a very small hemangioma on my liver. My doctor says this is normal and nothing to worry about. I had a abdominal ct scan done, it was normal as well. I have had blood tests done and all of the results were normal. Bilirubin, albumin, ALT, AST, Prothrombine time were all well within the normal range. Also many more results that I have no idea what they are, all normal. I am wondering if an abdominal ultrasound and CT scan, bilirubin, albumin, ALT, SLT and prothrombine time are sufficient tests to rule out liver disease? Thank you for your time.
