Red fingetips on one hand?

Hi

Not really sure where to post this.

I have red fingertips on my left hand and they are always redder than my right.

It looks kind of scarlet although not as bright as that.

Any ideas what would cause this?

I don't think it is my circulation as I have no other sensations such as pins and needles etc...

Also it is the actual finger tip pads and not the top where the nail is.

Please let me know what you think?

Welcome Easy.  I get this too only mine moves around.  I'll get red, hot fingers or toes, or just one extremity.  I can also get cold, pale, white extremities too.  Mine is Raynaud's syndrome.  It is vascular but not serious.  I don't know if this is what you have but you could google it and read on it.  It usually isn't in just one hand though.
