Before treatment, I had constant tingling for many months in the same places, that slowly spread. It also slowly evolved from mild to distracting, and then became more of a burning/painful sensation.
Since taking antibiotics, my symptoms are much more prone to the come-and-go behavior that many Lyme patients seem to experience. Now I can have totally disparate symptoms day to day, or even change my state of being significantly during the same day.
Yes. I have exactly what you describe. Sometimes the tingling lasts for weeks on end but moves from one spot to another.
I - like Jackie California - have had very little 'tingling' - I did have sort of 'inner vibrations' - hard to explain - this would be in my upper body - horrible/strange - it would usually start in my chest/rib area and I would feel it spread !! - I would get a dizzy/fainty feeling with it.
I 'guess' it is nerve related ?
I have in the past had little to no tingling, but seem to have it recently, now 3 to 4 years into Lyme. It comes and goes. Currently down the back of my neck to the shoulder blade on one side.
