tremor

I know we have discussed hand/arm weakness before,  but was wondering about hand tremors.  I've really noticed that lately my hands (espeically right, or maybe it's just cause I notice it more in right cause I'm right handed) shake when I am doing find motor such as holding a fork, or using the keyboard or mouse on my computer.  It just gently shakes.  Very annoying and kinda scarey.  I know that is that be caused from several things however I wasn't sure if one of those is Lyme Disease.  Does anyone else experience this.   I don't have it constantly it just comes and goes.

Thank you everybody!

the only thing I have had is a feeling of 'buzzing' in my head/neck/shoulders/chest areas -

I haven't noticed any hand problems other than occaisional stabbing pain in wrists - very slight 'pins&needles' in hands.

I have very bad head and neck tremors that are only noticed by me and no one else. When I am holding up a piece of paper or something like that, I will also notice a fine tremor. My tremors are more noticeable at rest. They get worse at night. No one can seem to give me any answers for this either other than it could be part of lyme or EBV.

Just wanted to add that sometimes I feel like my head/neck is shaking too.  No one else would be able to notice it.  It feels like it is shaking or jerking.  Hard to explain.  Anyways.......
