I hear they do to some degree, but sometimes it may be a matter more of other issues that accompany it..for example, my friend had her uterus removed a few years ago because of cancer...left the ovaries, however, they ended up with cancer also, so they were just removed a few weeks ago. She doesn't want to go with pharm hormone replacement therapy, so she is using other methods of calming the symptoms that come with the hormone disruption caused from being forced into menopause basically. She has been experiencing horrible hot flashes, sleepless nights, and mood swings something awful.... she started on a morning and evening mineral blend and added extra magnesium morning and night, and is using an essential oil blend in a roll-on for hormone balancing. She texted me this morning and was so excited to be feeling like a new woman and her husband was joyful in "getting his wife back" :0) She gets all of her product at the same place I get mine - healthshop101.com - In fact, they also have a coupon code you can use that saves 10% on your order... you just put DISCOUNT in the coupon box when you check out.
Good Luck!
I am not sure that "constantly" describes it, but I do know women who have adjusted their doses a few times to get what feels normal for them. Over time, the goal is to taper off, as your body would naturally, but I don't know if tapering is what you mean by 'constantly be adjusted.'
