i was having sex started to bleed had alot of blood clots lost alot of blood all most passed out.
Obviously this is not normal and you should discuss this with your gynecologist as soon as possible. It could be related to perimenopause, but your doctor is the only one who can rule that in or out. That kind of heavy bleeding should never be ignored.
