discharge from nipple

it's as if a spider might have bitten me on the nipple, part of the nipple are swollen (like a blister) and very painful, not itchy at all, and after 2 days started to discharge non-smelley yellowish stuff - like as if it could be a cyst or abscess?
About 3 days before both nipples were very tender like the early stages of pregnancy - I am almost 56 years of age and still have my ovaries, but don't use any hormone medicine - feel better without it

Thanks! I'm also thinking that it could be like "clogged lacteal? glands" - It's the holidays at the moment, and have to wait 2 more days before I could go to the doc - in the meantime I'm nursing myself to the best of my abilty - the pain are gone, it's as if the "hormone imbalance" like sorted itself out, Boy, this isn't fun.  Not at the age of 55.  I really had a big scare.  Breast cancer are not in my family, but you would not know what went through my mind the past week.  I'm keeping the "cyst" as sterile as possible and use a very gentle oitment on it, called "germoline" and tonight I've put on Betadine to sooth it and I clean and put a new dressing on 3 times a day..
