16 and Erection Concerns

My girlfriend and I have been dating for little over a year, and we were finally about to have sex. She looked me in the eyes and said "Please don't hurt me"...
When she told me that, it threw me off. I was able to maintain an erection for MAYBE 3 minutes tops. I did not ejaculate at all. This was never a problem during oral sex because I was always able to maintain an erection.

I don't do drugs.
I don't smoke/drink
I'm 6'1 and 200 pounds

Ever since that day occurred, my erections were never the same.
I dont get an erection during the morning as frequently as i used to.
I will get random erections during the day as usual.
When I'm with my girlfriend, i will be erect.
When I'm performing oral sex on her, I can be erect, but when it comes to her doing it to me, or us getting ready to have intercourse, I can't maintain an erection.

PLEASE HELP

Hello Jack,

I can tell you from exp.
That this might be also psychological.
My exp. is that whan i was having sex for the first time it took me over 8 hours of  stimulation to reach an orgasm.
Nowadays down to 20 min.
So you see, people generally learn in time to enjoy sex. This was my case.
Finding yourself another girlfriend is also an option.
i think that from the stated by you above, you have no room do be scared.
All in good time.

hope this helps.
