Bumps around the head of my penis.

Okay.  So I am super nervous right now because I have around 15-20 little bumps come up, kinda in a row, around the head of my penis. I Have done extensive searching online for answers and I am 80% sure that it is probably just genetics and not an std not anything to worry about. Regardless of it possibably not being an std, I still don't know what to do about them because they are embarrassing and I want them gone. What should I do and do most health departments give you a free blood test?

Probably just pearly penile papels or PPP or something similar to these. I have them as well. It's embarrassing at first but you'll forget about them after awhile. Shouldn't affect sex or anything else. Not much you can do about them. Sometimes they go away with time.
