Diagnosed NGU alkaline urine

Hi!
My question is about weird NGU iv been having few weeks now
I had protected vaginal sex with a woman 2 and half weeks ago and 4-5 days later noticed burning during urination and freguent need to pee. after a week of symptoms went to urologist who said i have WBC in urine and its very alkaline that makes my burning symptoms. I also noticed my uertha tube was quite red from tip. There has not been any sores in genital area and iv never had STD before. There has only been clear minor discharge that seems to be sticky and its harder to pull foreskin back. There has also been glans irratation/sting but no red spots or anything visible to eye. I know mind starts to play tricks on you and you start to think too much of your genitals witch makes it worse. How this could have happened as condom has been used whole intercourse? Maybe i transferred womans fluids by hands to my genitals before sex? I have outruled chlamydia and ghonorrea (witch could cause this fast symptoms). I hate the idea of NGU being undiagnosed, is there any other STD's that could cause symptoms this quickly? I know herpes could but would it only cause NGU and no other obivious symptoms as first outbrake (iv been iig tested before negative for both forms)? Iv been now taking nitrofurantoin for 5 days now (2 doses a day)  and feeling quite alot better but i can still notice that it does not feel normal to pee and i have to still go more often than im used to and getting slightly irritation. My main concer is that am i ok to have sex after treatment or do i have to worry about infecting some one else? Should i take new herpes igg's after 3 months or so?

Thank you :)
