do kegel exercies work if my anal muscles damaged ?

SORRY FOR ENGLISH

i was working as a pizza deliver with motorcycle(moped) in 2015 and one day while im riding i felt a tension, stretcing and i heard a rupture sound on my anal muscle section next to penis. That day i felt a pain on that section after days pain has gone but people was coughing and sneezing near me.I am thinking my anal muscles damaged that day and smelly gas releasing on my anus, now pain on that section started again. My question is do kegel exercies work if my anal muscles damaged ?

No joke - I think this guy may be onto something. I remember having a period of really bad constipation and straining hard when going to the bathroom before people started having these PATM reactions around me. Is it possible that we all have some sort of damage/prolapse in the area?

BTW, I took antibiotics after a little while in the hopes of making this go away, and the problem/reactions obviously got worse (positive gut flora depleted).

To answer the original question, yes - kegel exercises are supposed to strengthen your sphincter muscles which is where there may be weakness in our cases.

Sphincter muscles that don't stay closed may be what's cause us to release whatever gas/material is causing people to have these coughing/throat-clearing reactions.
