Penile marks and burning when peeing, is it an STD?

Hi, I'm an 18 year old male and have been doing oral and vaginal sex with a girl in the last 2 weeks without a condom. She said she had no stds and I was a virgin. Today I saw what the picture shows and since yesterday I've been having a kind of a burning feeling sometimes when I pee (this happened sometimes before though, so I'm not sure if it's related). Anyways, what can I do? Is this possibly an std or just an infection that goes away? Can I still have sex with her with a condom?

Thanks a lot.

Hi if burning gets any worse or in pain in that area by all means get to the std clinic, or it may just be a bladder infection in that case a coarse of antibiotics from your family Dr, take care
