ED/PE Problem with complex reasons for a 24 y/o straight man. Need advice!

First, thanks for taking time to see my question and offering any advice.

About myself; I am a 24 yo straight man and I keep good living habit. I have been going to gym for few years and kept 6 packs for 5 years. I only take slight amount of whey proteins as additional nutrition and smoke rarely. (1 per day beginning recently). My penis worked very well before.

Previously, I experienced ED(erection dysfunction) once or twice when I just did not want to have sex with a female or I had sex with someone for the first time, which I thought is normal. And I experienced PE(Premature ejection) when I prostituted (less than 10 times in my life).

However, since few months ago, after I had found my girlfriend 'cheated'(not physically-she did not had sex with other) on me, I just could not erect when we had sex. I definitely could not get rid of the fact that she "loved" someone else even if she felt very sorry about it. It happened 3 times and we have not had sex ever since(for 2 months till now). Actually she seldom turns me on. She has very very good looking face, but she kind of has too much fat on her body. So I had to watch lots of porn and masturbate to 'relax'. (On average once a day). I don't think masturbation is influencing my daily life but I know watching porn is anything but good. I am trying to quit watching porn and masturbating these days.

Few days ago, when I had sex with a girl who I just met, I erected pretty well, but I experienced PE again(about 2 minutes), which made my very upset about myself.

By the way, for me, I can definitely enjoy sex with someone I don't love.

Do you think I have any physical problem? Or what do you think make PE and ED? Do I need to see a doctor? What change should I make to my habit?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Frankly, it sounds like you never really forgave your girlfriend, and the way this is manifesting is by not wanting to gratify her (or yourself) with sex together. It's not surprising if so, because it is difficult to forgive infidelity... perhaps this is always the way it will be for you with this girlfriend. It might be time to call an end to the relationship, unless the two of you really work at the relationship with the help of a counselor.
