I need help.

I am 16 and I have traveled around the world.
Most of my life I have had painless hard little bumps on the base of my penis . I am really worried and I dont know if they are an STD , but it shouldnt be possible because I am a virgin. I dont know if they are some time of heat reacted bumps/lumps but they are really getting me worried.

Thank you , and please reply.
