increase in WBC from 6.7, 7.6, 8.29 and the test gap is only few days

plz and plz help me as soon as possible it will be your great kindness

Doesn't sound necessarily worrisome, especially if you don't have fever and feel well. It could be that you have become dehydrated (thus increasing the concentration of cells in your blood) or it could be random sampling error.
